Cross-country skiing in South Tyrol…

... face-to-face with the Dolomites

Discover the South Tyrolean mountain world on cross-country skis. Over the past few years cross-country skiing has become more and more popular: you can efficiently train your body, look after the environment, and enjoy the natural scenery.

Our cross-country tips:

  • Carezza Ski offers 16 km of cross-country tracks in a unique landscape with a view of the Catinaccio and Latemar

  • The wintry, snow-covered Alpe di Siusi is a true paradise for cross-country skiers. 60 km of cross-country tracks with different levels of difficulty await you. Skating or classic, beginners or skilled cross-country skiers: Alpe di Siusi has the ideal track for everyone. Beginners can test the sport on the 2 km long exercise track, families find 3 family tracks of 5-8 km in length, and for professionals there's the Jochloipe pass slope.

  • The Moonlight Classic Marathon Alpe di Siusi is a highlight. Hundreds of cross-country skiers participate at the 20 and 36 km long cross-country marathons under the moonlight!
  • Langlaufzentrum Lavazé (Cross Country Centre) with 84 km of groomed cross-country tacks for classic and skating is a popular meeting point of cross-country skiers.  The tracks of all levels of difficulty are embedded between the Latemar, Corno Bianco (2313m), Corno Nero (2439m) and Pala di Santa (2470m) Mountains.
  • Nordic ski ... the biggest cross-country area in Europe: 1 ski pass – 11 areas – 1,300 km of cross-country tracks.
